Oulu järjestää maailman ensimmäisen talvipyöräilykongressin 13.-14.2.2013 ja ilmoittautuminen on nyt avattu. Varatkaa paikkanne tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja kansainvälisessä tapahtumassa!

REGISTRATION OPENED

The registration for the winter cycling congress 2013, the only international cycling conference concentrating on winter cycling, is now opened. The event is targeted for experts from several areas of expertise, such as traffic and transport engineering, street maintenance, mobility management, politics, health, education, economics, environment, sustainability, etc. The congress committee expects 250 delegates from all over the world. Preliminary schedule published
We aim to have a very informative but also a laidback congress with possibilities for winter activities; winter cycling being naturally included in the programme. Networking is a crusial part of the event, so we will save time for that in our schedule. The programme will be finalised as call for papers deadline is over. Please stay tuned for programme updates!

Submit your proposal
The two day event in mid February 2013 aims to have about 20-30 oral presentations within 5 different preselected topics. The Call For Papers is open until 12th November 2012.
